Skegness has a caravan park which is oposite the main Butlins facilities, it has about 700 caravans some of which can be hired for short breaks and summer holidays, they are a great alternative to the chalets as they are much better value for money, the caravans are all privately owned so they are well maintained and often much better equipped and cleaner than the chalets, you are able to use all the same facilities as the people that book the chalets directly with Butlins but the saving especially in the summer are huge.
